Creamy Bone Broth Mushroom Soup

 

Ingredients:

300 ml bone broth

200 ml water

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

150 g mushrooms, thinly sliced (button, cremini, or mixed)

1 small shallot, finely chopped

50 ml heavy cream (optional)

Fresh thyme or rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat butter in a pot, add garlic, shallot, and mushrooms, and sauté until mushrooms are browned and softened.

2. Add bone broth, water, and a sprig of thyme or rosemary. Simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Remove herb sprig, add cream (if using), and season with salt and pepper before serving.
